Thanks to Tony Bush for a mid season update on the cross country points rankings;
Senior men’s team manager Jim Cooper heads the winter rankings with 265 points, just six points clear of Chris Hudson.
The rankings include all winter events up to the end of January.
Details of the Harrow Borough trials to be held on 12th March for the London Mini Marathon have gone online here
